In this room, there's a Porsche 917, a Tyrell 6 Wheel formula one car, a Porsche RS Spyder Le Mans car, and many other motorsports icons. I'm the only one here. Anything you want pictures of?

I'd love to see a pic of the 917's engine compartment, that seems to always get overlooked. Also, any underbody or mechanical shots that show off what's under the body. I will pay you in car lust, because I have an excessive supply of it for the 917 right now.
I was just looking at that exact 917 (the gulf one) on google a few minutes ago when responding to a "5 car dream garage". It lost out to the Nissan R92/89CP, only because if I drive an insane 270+mph car, I want it to be something I can actually track drive normally without feeling that I'll destroy an icon if it gets damaged.

There appears to be two 917s in this picture!

this is the best I can do without opening the car. However, there's another one (!) downstairs in the shop so I'll see what pictures I can get

That is so satisfying. I don't need porn for the rest of this week. Thank you.

it's the Canepa auto museum in Scott's Valley, Ca. There was a cars and coffee event there and they opened up the whole museum/restoration shop. Expect a photo dump tomorrow ;)

It's the Canepa auto museum in Scotts Valley, CA. They opened it up for the cars and coffee event this morning. This is only one part of the museum, too. Expect a full photo dump tomorrow ;)
